USB FLASH DRIVE REPAIR - WHAT TO DO NEXT

 

Please do one of the following:-

3. JUST SEND US YOUR USB FLASH DRIVE or
4. JUST CALL IN PERSON WITH YOUR USB FLASH DRIVE

When sending your flash drive to us we recommend you use the Post Office Special Delivery. This will arrive with us before 1pm next day and is automatically insured for £500 (or upto £2500 provided you tell the Post Office the value when sending). The cost is the same between 100g and 500g, so it is wise to use lots of good quality packaging as it is your responsibility to ensure that the flash drive is packed properly or the Post Office will not pay for any damage.
Please remember to include your name, address, phone number and a description of the data that needs to be recovered.
We will contact you shortly after we receive your flash drive, giving you a rough estimate of completion time and the cost.
